WI-bound National Test squad tested negative in COVID-19 Test


LAHORE: Pakistan’s West Indies-bound Test specialists have tested negative in the second COVID-19 testing ahead of their arrival on July 26.

According to the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), all 11 Test specialists were tested for COVID-19 for the second time on Thursday here at a local hotel. Third and the last test of the players will be taken tomorrow.

All these players will depart for Barbados on July 26. They will be quarantined in Barbados on their arrival.

Earlier, these players had a 10-day long training camp at Karachi’s National Stadium under the supervision of the National High-Performance Centre (NHPC)’s coaches – Saqlain Mushtaq, Mushtaq Ahmed, Mohammad Yousuf, Atiq-uz-Zaman.
